Wit and Wisdom Models is named in honor of John Armstrong’s famous wit and wisdom. The phrase “The wit, whim, and (best of all) wisdom” appears as the subtitle of John’s famous book John Armstrong on Creative Layout Design (Kalmbach Publishing Company, 1994). Started by David Vaughn as a way to bring John’s models, skills, and philosophy to life, David is pleased to have the support of the Armstrong family, and to be able to work from John’s original project notes, plans, and photos.
